ATS Infrastructure was founded in 1998 by Getamber Anand. The group built its reputation on the ATS Greens series in Noida Sector 50 — large floor plates, full-club amenities, low-density layouts. The model expanded to Greater Noida (Pious Orchards, Pious Hideaways, Le Grandiose, Picturesque Reprieves), YEIDA (ATS Sector 22D), and Gurgaon (Knightsbridge, Kingston Heath).
ATS's strength is specification consistency — you know what you're getting on flooring, fixtures, and tower spacing. Their weakness has been possession slippage on some Greater Noida projects (Pious Orchards saw 18-month delays).
