About ATS.

ATS Infrastructure was founded in 1998 by Getamber Anand. The group built its reputation on the ATS Greens series in Noida Sector 50 — large floor plates, full-club amenities, low-density layouts. The model expanded to Greater Noida (Pious Orchards, Pious Hideaways, Le Grandiose, Picturesque Reprieves), YEIDA (ATS Sector 22D), and Gurgaon (Knightsbridge, Kingston Heath).

ATS's strength is specification consistency — you know what you're getting on flooring, fixtures, and tower spacing. Their weakness has been possession slippage on some Greater Noida projects (Pious Orchards saw 18-month delays). Are ATS Pious Orchards deliveries genuinely on time now?

The original phase has delivered; later phases have ranged from on-time to ~12 months delayed. For any current ATS purchase, we recommend pulling the latest RERA quarterly filing + a site visit before token money.

Resale ATS or new launch?

ATS resale in the Sector 150 cluster has reasonable liquidity (3–6 month sale window for a fairly-priced unit). New launches need 2–5 years to mature. End-users with immediate possession need: resale. Investors with 5–7 year horizons: new launch on the Sector 22D YEIDA tower.
