About Gaur.

Gaurs Group was founded by Manoj Gaur in 1995 and built its scale on township-format projects across Greater Noida (Gaur City 1 + 2), Yamuna Expressway (Gaur Yamuna City), Indirapuram (Gaur Greens), and Ghaziabad (Crossings Republik). The group's typical project size is 50–100 acres with 10,000+ units — integrated retail, schools, hospitals on campus.

For the Yamuna Expressway corridor, Gaur Yamuna Expressway (the S+34 Sector 22D tower) is the active flagship. The earlier Gaur Yamuna City is delivered and trading actively in resale. Gaurs delivers at scale but timelines slip more often than Eldeco — usually 6–12 months past the stated possession. Buy with that in mind.

The project is on its second possession-date extension, but the construction is genuinely progressing — we visit the site monthly and have photos timestamped to milestones. As of mid-2026 they're at structural completion of Towers 1–4 with finishing work in progress. Realistic move-in for Towers 1–4: end of 2026; Towers 5–7: mid-2027.

Is the Gaur escrow mechanism working as RERA mandates?
