Greater Noida is where we set up shop in 2012 and where most of our 14-year transaction history lives. The original master-plan sectors — Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta — mature into walkable, tree-lined neighbourhoods with good schools (Lotus Valley, Cambridge, Genesis), 24x7 power, and the Knowledge Park university belt next door.
The newer development pulls are in Tech Zone IV, Sectors 1–12, and the Aqua Line metro corridor extending toward the depot station. Sector 150 (officially Noida) backs onto Greater Noida and benefits from the Expressway frontage. SKA Destiny One is the standout ready-possession option in our 2026 portfolio.
For plot investors, Greater Noida plots are typically 60–120 sqm in established sectors and 200–500 sqm in newer industrial-adjacent zones. We track the resale market here closely — price discovery is opaque, which is exactly where a hands-on advisory matters.

- Sectors 1–12 (Phase 2) — Affordable end-user, smaller plots, newer infrastructure. Where first-time buyers find <₹90 L apartments.
